Ecocard problem

Hello friends,

I have a problem with my new ecocard account. I registered my new account but it was immediately suspended . My friends have told me that if i open a new account on ecocard, i will be able to use it with no suspension. What might be the problem? Has anyone tried to open a new account today?

Hello! Some countries are not allowed.. like the USA,
that is probably the problem. Email support and ask
for an explantaion

If everyone is having the problem, the system may have gone
down for upgrades.. that happens about once a month.

Thank you mate but lots of my friends use ecocard and they advised me to use on online casinos.I asked the support and they told me that they upgraded their system with new security features and there might be techinal errors with my account

Yes, if everyone can not log in, they are probably upgrading..
This happens about once a month and is usally fixed in
1-5 hours

has anyone tried to open a new account today?
