is new players only because I got the email
* Promotion valid until November 10th. Promotion only valid for new customers who do not already have a Cirrus account. If not otherwise mentioned standard rules apply.
The codes may work but only new players can cashout
on the Cirrus code.. I am not sure about the club player
code.. looks new for halloween..
but you can never cashout on RTG free codes if
your last transaction was a free chip..
