I withdrew yesterday (10/23/07) at around 10 am to my Intertops ICC
ATM card... I woke up at 1:30 AM (DON'T ASK.. jetlag)
on the 24th and my cash is ALREADY on my ATM card..
THAT IS less than 16 hours from the time I hit the cashout button, to the time I can have my cash!! Plus the cashout was there at 12:30 AM (REALLY TOOK LESS THAN 15 HOURS)

You can load a maximum amount of $2700 per month onto your ICC card. To increase this limit to $9700, please provide two forms of ID (picture ID, utility bill).
