Has anyone else had problems receiving responses from iNetbet lately?
Yesterday their server went down and it took them 7 hours to return my email. Today I redeemed my comps at 2pm and still do not have them in so I sent an email hours ago and no response. Its soooo unlike them.
I usually have my comps within 30 minutes and email response time is about the same. This whole last week or so there have been several unanswered emails. Go figure. Let me know will ya?

You know, that's weird, cuz I was just coming on here to post something very similar....lol....I have sent several emails to them, in the last couple of day.....all unanswered. It's very unlike them, I agree, so there must be something going on.......

i am having the same problems, you are right though, it is very unlike them, they must be having server problems

It says in the casino to email mangager@inetbet.com because they are upgrading the support email server.....but i did finally get a response....hope you all did too...
