Pantasia Security Documents for Credit Cards

I tried to make a deposit last night at Pantasia and it was rejected. It said that I had reached a deposit limit and needed to fax.

I spoke to live chat and they said that I needed to fax security documents?????? I did that long ago, at both Pantasia and Mayan. When I told them that, they said, "could you do it again"?

Anyone else having a problem? Ive been depositing there consistently for months, so I can't understand where this came from. And I've been using the same deposit option, Netspend.

RGALP, Hello! They are getting alot of credit card chargebacks,
so sometimes ask for the documents again. Sorry
for the trouble. If you use Quicktender you won't need to send
security documents unless you have a large cashout


You could also send an email attention MANAGER
and let them know it is hard for you to send the docs
again and can they help you.

I'll try that, because this happened awhile ago and I emailed and they lifted the restriction. I don't have the documents scaned into my pc so it is inconvienient to fax them.
