I noticed on the web site that it can be loaded with a credit card. Anyone know if it can be done online? Also, at a 7-11, do you just load it at the counter?

Okay, I'm new to Wirecard. I assume that I used a log in when I applied for the card. I tried to sign in online, but it says it cannot locate my email address (I use 2 and tried both). So now, do I just "sign up" on line, even though I have received my card?
Also, it says to load the card before you activate. Does that sound right?
And one more question, can you withdraw to Wirecard if you have never deposited to it before?
Thanks for the help

Hello!!
I would ask live support about the activation and log in trouble,
and please let us know what they say. I would hate
to speculate and cause a mistake.
About the withdrawl question: Usally you do not have to deposit
by bank wire to withdraw by bank wire/ACH which is what
the wire card withdrawls will be.

I cannot log-in, online either.
I have done it before, successfully.... more than a few times.
But, now it says, "site not found"
I think it is their website, or something.
I have called and used their touch tone automated service to check my balance, with no problem.
*** 7-11 * I have not found a clerk or owner that has ever even seen or heard of the card.
I may call their customer service number and ask.
If I find anything out, I'll let you guys know.
