It says on the paypal site it can not be used
for gambling.
Did you try loading your Mastercard at QT?
I think Quicktender says when you log in
Mastercard not accepted at this time, but maybe
in the future.

RGALP, It may be supported eventually. Mastercards
are much harder to deal with for gambling than
Visa cards. Some mastercards do work at the rival casinos though.

Hey, gotta' tell you something I found out. I don't know if all RTGs have this but club player has an option that says "creditcard plus" - which goes to Safepay
