Can someone tell me how long it is suppose to take to get an ACH withdrawal from Pantasia (made withdrawal before Quicktender) I cashed out on the 2nd, then had to send in security documents (they didn't need them when I was just depositing) and still no money. The last I heard was 5-10 days. I got a paper check from Casino Grand Bay sooner than this. I am not very happy with them at this moment.

I only know that when ecocard was still around, it only took a day or so.

sometimes it can take up to 2 weeks I don't know about pantasia wait and TDTAT she will know

anniemac, ACH withdrawls can take up to 10 business days, and also we just had a holiday also so that can make it a little longer, I have had ACH's from Pantasia you will get your winnings..Congrats on the win. Also they always ask for you to initial paperwork and fax back if you deposit using a CC, even if you have sent all verifications already..

Rival casino's are NOT the quickest at ACH withdrawals. I've waited almost 3 weeks before (at Pantasia). The good news is that you WILL get paid. Yeah, I know it sucks...I love playing there but HATE waiting for that money to come!!!!

It is not like Panatsia is trying to take a long time.. they proccess
to Eco/QT in less than 2 days. And they told you the time frame.

As I told you before, I was told 5-10 days on the 9th and only after I emailed them and you did too. Maybe I am mistaken but I figured that since they got my money within minutes, I should be given the same courtesy and at least get my withdrawal within a reasonable time frame and I don't consider "whenever" a reasonable time frame.

they(support) got in a lot of trouble from me a few weeks ago because
they told someone a cashout time and then were late..
so now they are not allowed to tell anyone anything unless
they know for sure! the ACH is out of their hands once
they send to the processor.. sometimes it is one day,
sometimes 7... that is why they can not say the exact date..
I do not know what else to say except that they pay fast
to the other payment methods. The length of processing time
is because they take all usa players, and have to have a processor
that can pay to most banks, which may not be the fastest processor,
but that is what they have to have to pay to the USA and
all states
They want happy players, and are always trying to improve
I know you will be paid, and I am very sorry it takes this long.
If you want a faster wire withdrawl, my last one from
Intertops was 5 days (they have different/faster processors
as they are in a different country than the Rivals)
iNetBet is similar.

You will get your money ....but I always tell anyone who will listen NOT TO USE PANTASIA ACH!!!! IT TOOK THEM ALMOST TWO MONTHS TO GET ONE OF MINE INTO MY ACCOUNT!!! IT ALSO TOOK A TON OF WORK AND EFFORT ON MINE AND TDTATS PART TO FINALLY GET IT....SO IF IT ONLY TAKES 15 DAYS OR SO, DO SWEAT IT....IT SURE AS HECK BEATS TWO MONTHS!!!!! Now they are sticking to schedule, even though the schedule is
long. Again, they are always trying to improve and adding
