Hello everyone!! Please be patient with RIVAL support
for the next few days.. they are getting hit by Hurricane
Felix in Curacao.. and only a few people could get in to the office
due to the storm
Hi Tawnia,
We are aware of the technical problem with the 5% and we will try and
get this fixed as soon as possible. We also have an issue with support
as Hurricane Felix is rolling over Curacao so can you let your
players know they may have to wait longer than normal for support issues
to be solved.

Wow, Tawnia we know what that's like! We got hit by 3 in one year where I live. It's no fun to be without power and water! I wish them well!

I was born and raised in Florida.. I know hurricanes well

Correct! Plus where I work we control flood waters, we are experts when it comes to hurricanes, always prepared, and taking care of the Big Lake O!

I am very thankful!! Most of my family is still
in the Sarasota area!! Take care of them for me!!

Ya, I just tried to claim my 5% and couldnt, so i talked to Tyrone
from support and he said they are having connection issues cause of
the hurricane and he couldnt credit it for me. He said try again later today.
He is always nice when I talk to him. I appreciate that!!!
