I just tried to log into my account with them and i was told that my account was blocked so i talked to live support and i was told that my account was permanently suspended. and the person i spoke to told me that only management could say why

timmsa, That is why I told you yesterday to email a manager.

There are a few reasons you could be blocked:
opening more than one account at ANY RIVAL Casino

Chargebacks at any casino or bonus abuse at any casino

They blocked me too, but then sent me an invite to participate. Sometimes their system doesn't always identify the types of customers it really needs to lockout, and chooses innocent bystanders instead.

There is an auto bonus block system for All rival casinos..
for almost all online casinos.. If online casinos did not
protect themselves from the thousands of fraudulent players
we would not have online casinos to play at, because
they would all be broke.. yes sometimes good players
get blocked.. that is why managers will review accounts
individually when asked

90% of accounts can be fixed, when a manager reviews an account.
If a manager can not open an account there is a serious
reason why...
usally chargebacks or opening ALOT of multiple accounts..

THEY WANT PLAYERS and open all accounts except a few..

REMEMBER>> Your casino behavior can be shared
by casinos in different groups... If you open
5 accounts at an RTG, do chargebacks at a microgaming
you may get on a list of bad players FOR ALL CASINOS,
so keep that in mind.. and never ever open
two accounts at one casino
