What's with Intertops now? 1x$20 credit card 24hrs, then $45

I just went to make a deposit at Intertops with my Netspend and the minimum deposit is now back to $45. What is the deal with this? They just keep going up and down and up and down.

Is it your 2nd deposit of the day?
Remember it is only one $20 deposit
a day (24hrs) for credit cards, then it goes to $45
Due to all the credit card fraud that
was the way they had to make it to get the minumum
down.. For eco you can deposit $10 all day
and will be like that for quicktender also (I THINK) when they
get it in a few days

I wrote to Intertops and asked them if they could please send an invitation to me for Quick Tender. It is soooooooo expensive to get a cashout from them via bank wire.

I have never deposited just $20 anytime, always more. This is the first time it has been $45 for any deposit. Since my luck there sucks, will probably be last time for me to deposit.
