Ecocard problems?

Is anyone having problems with Ecocard? I logged in this morning and was told to complete my user profile. I did that, then went into my account. I logged in again later this morning, and was again prompted to complete my user profile. The information I'd entered earlier was gone, so I reentered it.

It then logged me out and I cannot log back in. Every time I try, it says user name does not exist. I tried using the forgot password link, but same thing - user name does not exist. HELP!!!

Is anyone else having this problem???

I completed my profile.. I added ID and then it worked.
I think they are updating info due to the US law..
My account is working now..

Of course there are rumors they may be closing to USA,
but having people update accounts was a good sign to me.

I had to do that this morning also but have no problems logging in, maybe it will work later for you if not email them and tell them the problems your having..

Yeah, I had to add ID and all that....twice. Now it won't work. I sent an email via their contact form. I sure hope they get back with me soon. My Pantasia withdrawals are going to my eco account.
