Any idea why not, TDTAT? I realize the new "ban" has made things pretty much impossible to run a casino from the USA but what about before?

They have never really been in the USA,
even before the new US law.
They would be subject to USA tax laws and more if they were.
They would be required to have player Tax reporting as well
if they were in the USA.. remember when you go to Vegas
and win over $1250, it gets reported to the IRS!

The USA had chosen not to tax and regulate
online gambling as our friends in the UK have done.
Online casinos always go to coutries with favorable gambling
and tax laws.
