Alex: Basically the rules state that you need to meet your playthrough or wagering requirements before you can cash out

Alex: and any bonuses received since you last deposited
Alex: then we add them up
Alex: and then we multiply them by 3 if you play bingo only
Alex: or by 12 if you play bingo and any other games

Alex: To find out what the playthrough is or where you stand, or if you have already met the requirements at any given time
Alex: the way to do is by sending a withdrawal request and you will get an e-mail from our credit department letting you know if you fulfilled the playthrough requirements or not.

yeah I hate that but at least I found the rules lol
its hard to find any of them that will let you cash out on the free cards.
