I spoke with live chat and asked if it was email specific or just for new players. I was told it was for anyone who created an account before 6/1/07.

I spoke with live chat also, they said they would credit my account so I waited and waited........finally I tried to contact live chat again and suddenly it was unavailable!!! Tried again this morning to log in and now I can't even get to the dang web site!!!!!

I didn't have any problem contacting and getting my bonus. However, if you have AOL and can't get to website, use the Internet Explorer and it will open. Just minimize AOL and open Internet Explorer. Works everytime. Money didn't last long but customer service was nice to me.
