Just wanted to let everyone know that I received 2 e-mails on diferent days stating that I won a $10 free chip. I contacted live chat and they said that they had e-mail issues and some people got 2 e-mails with the same promotion - so - no - I didn't get the second one. I played slots on the first for about 45 minutes - so that was good. No win though!

I got the first e-mail sometime Wednesday - it was in my bulk mail. I Dl'd the casino months ago when all the casinos in that group were offering a free chip. I got one from Pantasia and Cocoa but never anything from Vegas. I e-mailed them several times but they said that promo was over and if I didn't get it then, it was to late to get it now because I had already registered (you know the deal). So, I get this e-mail, I go into promotions to claim the $10 and it woudn't give it to me because I had a "pending $10" that I had to cancel first????? So I contacted live chat and they confirmed that I had had a previous $10 in the acct that was never claimed. So they cancelled that one and gave me the new one. I mean, why didn't they tell me this when I had e-mailed them?? Go figure. So I guess that's the reason I got the e-mail in the first place. I got the second e-mail yesterday but was not able to claim that $10 due to an error on their part. No biggy. I am thinking of depositing there. Have you had any luck with this group??
