I've been banned from the 400Group!!! RESOLVED !!!

I've just been informed that my accounts are no longer eligible for real play!!! I was pissed enough when they told me this morning that i was no longer eligible for bonuses, because they "claim" i have multiple accounts (which is totally false!!) , but i just tried making a straight deposit without claiming a bonus and that was rejected too .... when i spoke with them they said i needed to email them requestes to review my account standing !!! when i asked them if this had anything to do with the fact that i had a withdrawal pending ..... they assured me it did not !!!

Yeah RIGHT !


well thanks for the advice guys .... i did call and asked for a manger , i spoke with Mike and within a minute he said everything was cleared up and, before posting this, I DID claim the 100% monthly match and make a scuccessful deposit !!

i'm a happy camper again smile

also I asked Mike about my withdrawal, as i haven't received any of the standard doc requests they usually send ... he said it should all be in order... yay !!

no - i haven't done anything yet ... i'm going to wait until they process my withdrawal - but after this ordeal and after that "malfunction" i pm'd you about - i think i'll wait for the rival that's going to open soon .... i'm already it's biggest fan ... and i don't even know the name of it yet !!! lol

who needs to be treated like this !! i've divorced men for less !! screw em!

OMG!! I hate to add fuel to the fire, but I've had my own issues with the Rival casinos lately. I wonder if their customer base is getting too big for them to manage...? I mean, it seems like all of the NLN members are playing there now and what used to be A-plus customer service is really going down!!! The software is not as reliable as it used to be and their responses leave a lot to be desired. Maybe you should ask TDTAT to help you get in touch with the management directly. I can't believe they would lock your accounts....that just doesn't make sense. I hope it works out. I really love the Rival casinos, and I'd hate to see them start losing players because people start becoming fearful to deposit and play there.

If I were you, I'd definitely try to address this now, though. Your withdrawal may not get processed if you don't address it. Try to get in touch with a manager and have them explain the situation - begin with your supposedly multiple accounts. I had that issue, too, and they cleared it up and gave me back my promos. I really hope it works out. I like playing with the 400 Group. I think this is probably some kind of misunderstanding...I hope.

looks like i'm in good graces again ... i hope so anyway- i edited my original post with the update ... thanks for your concern nettelar !! smile

seems to me this happened before - like the same issue with no bonuses being allowed ???? right around the beginning of the month !! and then, before ya know it it's back to business as usual - hmmmmm- at least if this happens again i won't be so quick to freak out !! ( and i'm sure these pain killers aren't helping...)

hope you get your money in your bank account soon !! smile

Oh yeah maybe that is where the duplicates are coming from!

My promos were denied also at Pantasia but they are fixing it now... They said will be fixed in 15 minutes...

UPDATE:::: ALL IS FIXED IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM GO TO CHAT OR CALL THEM SPEAK WITH A MANGER AND IT WILL BE CORRECTED!!!!!

yup yup- it's the same thing that happened at the beginning of march ....
get everyone in a panic for nothing !! geez - well at leastit's over ... and i must say that the manager, Mike, sounded kind of fed up too.... like " oh no- here we go again !! "

but now that email referencing breakaway, connecto, and sci-fi... now that's something else entirely !!! those are just scam emails, i think ..... affiliate fishing , or is it phishing, or better yet.... aphiliate phishing ! lol
stay away from those -- especially anything that mentions connecto casino!! eek smile

Hi all. My bonuses were denied yesterday at This is Vegas for the same reason. Eric of the support staff informed me that I had duplicate accounts at Pantasia (huh?) and that their security department would be contacting me. I haven't heard a word from them so I decided that I would sit back and wait for my monthly bonus. I should have a bonus coming from all 4 Rival casinos. If I don't get them when I see here that they have been dropped, then I will get in touch with their management. Glad to know I am not the only one having problems, however none of us should be having them.

gwendolyna, Go and speak with the manager that is what it is chat told me it is because of a casino that no longer taking usa and transfering accounts let them know this and they will fix right away. Don't wait because if you do you may not receive your monthly bonus or your loyalty bonus.... They fix the problem pronto so go there now and get it fixed.....
