FYI -- I just had a great conversation with my friends at POC. It seems there is a rule about receiving bonus on deposits and free chips. If the amount of those exceeds the total amount of your deposits, they can limit your payout(s) to 10x the amount of your last deposit even if you didn't have a bonus attached. Now, this is usually reserved for those "big wins". So, while receiving those great free chips are, well, great - it will hurt you in the end. They have 12 casinos, so I would imagine that all RTG's have the same conditions. I never knew this..and maybe a lot of you didn't either. In a way, it upsets me. I think they sit up at night and try to find ways to cheat you out of your money - and hey - this is one sure way they can do it. If I would have won a jackpot - and was counting on that 5k or whatever - I would have been very surprised to find out that I would not have been eligible - as my bonuses and free chips slightly out-weigh my total cash deposits. Pretty scary. POC is a great casino with great cs, as I am sure there are many - but just be aware of this - check your acct history or, simply, ask live chat. They'll give you the numbers.

That is interesting ... and enfuriating !! those jerks!! but not too surprising. this is the same group that let it slip that they are playing against you - as in their CS are playing the games while you play, trying to beat your bets and beat you to the jackpots - in fact the CS rep who let is slip WAS new, and told me she had hit already hit several random jacpots .... my conversation with her abruptly ended when she was overheard by a manager - and it was the last time i ever spoke with her ....

Wow - that is scary - though not surprising, I go into it with the attitude that I have just given them money and never expect to see it again so if and when I do win AND I get paid - its all good. Its a gamble. Unlike land-based casino's - some of them are rather scrupulous - but I have a great time as I am sure all of you do. Thanks for the reply, zuka.
