Nope......

I did make one $20 deposit there, but..... using EcoCard.

Something 'fishy' about Capital.......
I don't know what it is.

Hmmm...well that's not good...maybe they are just too new? Hmmm, I might try $20, not too much to lose, I guess.

You: Your processor is declining it, I would imagine. I called Netspend and no transaction was presented to them. This happens often with the processors lately.
Niezaam: We cannot decline a deposit if it does not go through the credit card companies processor .Before the deposit comes to us, it has to go to the credit card companies processors.
You: Your processor would present it for authorization to my credit card company. It would then be accepted or declined. The step that is missing is the processor presenting it for payment. Believe me, I've processed numerous credit cards. I know how this system works. I'm not saying Capital is declining it - I'm saying your processor is kicking it back without presenting it. No big deal. I'll go deposit at one of the casinos that will process the transaction.
