Intertops requires a faxback form for cashout now?

hi all , i was going to deposit and play at intertops last night with my credit card, but saw there was something new on the cashier page by credit card pay in and it said that you must file out and fax back a credit card verification form now before they will let you cashout any winnings, i hate to say it but intertops is really starting to get on my nerves, by the way i did not deposit because of that nor will i, also dont understand why you can deposit hundreds of dollars without a faxback form but not cashout at all, i have been down the fax back road with other casinos and it is a big hassle and a pain in the a**, sorry just hate to vent

I asked Intertops for clarification on this...
It may be something the credit card
companies have forced them to do..
for credit card fraud issues.
I know even the rival casinos
want id now to cashout over $500..
so things are changing some
I will post when I have more info

Just a comment.....
Asking for I.D., is Okay!!
Asking for a Fax Back Form, is a pain in the
...
They want a copy of each card, front and back, with signatures -
in addition to the form signed, with each card listed.
Someone that has used alot of Gift Cards, will have a difficult time doing this.
When they start to ask for those things, it becomes....'not fun' anymore.
