Rival Software working now?

Hello everyone! One more time I am being held up by the Rival group. In particular Pantasia, which I know some people on here love! (playing on Pantasia)

However, I have played this afternoon (EDT) for several hours, got up, got down, got even and then hit a bonus. Guess what!! My screen got locked up and I called support three times regarding this issue and still am not able to play off the bonus round. The person I spoke to was very polite and told me that I would hear from their tech staff. That was approximately an hour ago.

All I want is a fair shot! Don't want anything that is not due me.

I can't believe this is only happening to me. If anyone else is having a problem with the rival groups, please post!!!!!!!!!!!

gwendolyna, No one can play... they are having upgrades for
issues for 1 hour... IT IS NOT JUST YOU SO RELAX smile
There is not a conspiracy against you!
This has happened at playtech casinos, microgaming casinos
and RTG casino.. it is not uncommon for servers to
go down sometimes

Well there is a technical issue at the moment that we are currently working to resolve. Things should be back to normal within an hour or so.

So why did not the suppor team tell me this when I called over and over again?

Don't know about anyone else, I am seriously having my doubts!!!!!!!!!!!

I found out from a manager.. the tech & support
are in seperate places..

If you do not feel comfortable with Rival casinos
play at Microgaming.. or RTG .. but I would not enorse
RTG casinos

TDTAT - The question is not where I choose to play or not. The question is fair gaming, especially with the new "no on line gaming laws" in effect in the USA.

My contention is that I have I have done my due diligence, and have received no explanation as to why my screen has been locked, however I read from you in this forum that it is because of upgrades. My entire premise is why in the world would the support at Pantasia not tell me that there was an upgrade and just be patient?

Doesn't make sense to me.

Don't want to argue, not my style, just questioning.

gwendolyna, I am saying this is system wide.
If I did not think Pantasia's games were totally fair,
I would not deposit My own money there every single day...
If you never play there again I understand..
But I trust this casino.. nothing I say can make you trust them..

smile every time I have ever been locked out during free spins
they were there when I logged back in.. and I finished,
or the amount I won was already in my account..

that has happened to me at playtech & rival..

If you are not happy with what happens after you are able to log back in,
then don't ever play at a Rival casino again

I know this looks bad to you after last weeks "glitch"
so I understand it seems fishy.. but
I think your spins will be there waiting when
we are all able to log in smile

The point I was making was the fact that I spent my money at he casino in the first place. Not the casino's money MINE!. The next point is that MY screen was locked up and I could not play MY money. After that I called to question the situation and evidentaly I got a generic response. No fault of mine or yours.

The scenario seems to be that the Rival group will be back on line when, and if they choose. Not only that, they will only give out the pertinent information (i.e. techinal difficulty) to whomever they feel is rewarding of that information.

The only way I can think to fix that problem FOR SURE is get
you a personal rep.. if you are interested...
Support people are going to tell you a canned
response, so if you would like I will get
you a manger's email address to contact when
you have problems.

Hi Tawnia,

We have had some technical problems that are being worked out.

If at anytime a player gets disconnected during a bonus round, the system will credit the player a random win. When they log back in they will continue from the spot they left off at.

Hope that explains it.

Hi everyone,


My name is James the affiliate manager at Pantasia. Tawnia has mentioned theres some issues and asked if I could make a post.

Basically what is happening is we did an update just as our internet provider went down. This caused some issues and we are currently working on getting everything back to normal.

So please be patient and try again later tonight when things should be running smoothly again.

If at anytime you are disconnected during play, rest assured, your account is properly credited if you win. There is no loss of funds at anytime. The way things work is that on y our computer you press the spin/deal button, a request is then sent to the server. If this request never makes it to the server then that hand/spin is void. If the request makes it to the server the server will then calculate the hand/spin and update your account balance correctly, the information is then sent back to your computer. If this information is lost due to internet connection or other issues, then on your computer you will see a server error. But the hand/spin has already taken place and the win/loss is already adjusted to your account.

I hope to have explained the issue we are currently having as well as the connection error you receive from time to time.
