OK, I NEED HELP..SO READ THIS AND IF ANYONE HAS ANY IDEAS LET ME KNOW. I TRIED LOGGING ON TO INETBET THE OTHER DAY...THE PAGE COMES UP BUT NONE OF THE TABS ARE HIGHLIGHTED FOR ME TO ACTUALLY ENTER MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD...I CAN ONLY USE THE "EXIT" TAB. SO I CONTACTED THE CASINO AND THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY ACCT AND IT IS NOT LOCKED OR ANYTHING. SO, I COMPLETED A VARIETY OF TASKS, LIKE UNINSTALLING, ALSO FROM MY DEFAULT PROGRAMS, I RAN A TEST AND IT CAME UP "CANNOT CONNECT TO HOST FROM PORT 2". I ASKED MY INTERNET RPOVIDER IF THERE WERE ANY BLOCKS AND THEY SAID NO.
INETBET IS CHECKING INTO IT BUT, FOR NOW, THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM ON THEIR END. I USED A DIFFERENT WEB BROWSER AND DL THE CASINO FROM THERE AS WELL AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS. I TOOK OFF THE "FIREWALL" AND THEN TRIED TO LOG ON, BUT STILL NOTHING. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IS WRONG OR HAVE FACED THIS ISSUE AT ALL? I HAVE ACCESS TO EVERY OTHER RTG CASINO, MY BANK, MY WORK, EVERYTHING IS WORKING BUT THIS SITE!! PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT COULD BE WRONG OR ANY SUGGESTIONS.
THANKS

I did have a situation similar to this. I had to uninstall the casino and DELETE the original files, as well as clearing my cache. I then went completely out of my system and restarted. Something stays in cyber space or something if you don't completely uninstall and reboot. I went back in and downloaded the casino. Instead of clicking save for the file, click run and install it. I don't remember if I posted this problem/solution here, but I did have that issue. Remember to TOTALLY uninstall AND delete the original files ("smartdownload.exe" or whatever other name it showed up on your system). If you leave that file on your computer and it is corrupted, your new download will only install and ADDITIONAL components not included in the original file, but will not REMOVE components that were in a previous version. So, it might be leaving behind a corrupted key or piece of the file.

Hope this helps. I will look through my old posts and see if I posted a better solution. Good luck!

Thanks so much for that. I believe I did go "deep" into those files and deleted them but I will try again. I appreciate it! This is driving me nuts!

Thanks Tawnia...I did a search "inetbet" and found nothing so I think I removed everything!! Inetbet asked me to do a trace from my computer to them..I performed the trace and then copied the info so they can review it. They said they'de get back to me as soon as they learn anything new. It must be something on their end..my computer is fine.
Thanks for the replies.........
