Yesterday i was asking for the free 10 $ sign up bonus.. i know they dont offer this any more but have never recive it..
but no answer then i was thinking i dont care i deposit then i can play and try the casino..
so i logged into my account and talking to livehelp ask if and how to get the 120
eposit bonus.. the live help was very nice they ask were i live and told iam from denmark,, then he told thats was allrigth and that i just have to deposit and then ask live help for the bonus then they after cheking my depothey will add the bonus...

then a houer later i deposit 50 $ by neteller... and contact live help again..
asking for the bonus.. THEN this...... he told me hi there iam very sorry but we dont allow players from denmark... WTF i have just speaking with another person here in livehelp and he told me u do...
but that didt not help... then he told me.. just whitdraw u deposit and u will get i back in max 2 houers,, allrigth i think,,, i do that...

BUT BUT they took a fee 15$ for a neteller whitdraw.. THIS SUCKS lol

have send and email to them.. but they told me... about the rules,,, etc...
i told them i was told via livehelp that it was ok for me to deposit but they dont care..,, so i really think this is a bad casino...
i know it is only 15 $ but for mee it is also money.. do never trust livehelp,, just a warning..

I'm sorry to hear that,but I hardly ever post,but this casino did the unthinkable,they had a problem with visa when they first opened,I made 2 $25 deposits for the sportbook ans casino,and then I spent more than I thought I had on my prepay visa,little did I know that superior had not taken out their money,and I kind of went over my limit and ended up -$22 on my accout,to make it short,they were too late to get their $$$,me thinking they did,and I was mad, wrote them a nasty email ,I'm such a dork,when I realized they didn't get their money, I apoligized to them for the mix up,then they told me that the $50 was on the house,and never charged me for the $50 I thought I deposited,now thats a rare casino move,don't you think.So I think their support in tops in the gambling world,at a time where some support is run a bunch of crooks,like the virtual group,shut up or I'll lock your account type thinking!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoy playing at Davinci's. They are awesome at giving bonuses to depositing players. Every time I have e-mailed or with on the live chat I have receive something. I won quit a few times, usually lose it back, but thats just my luck. It did take 3 days to receive winnings, because it had to go to click 2 pay first, but I had absolutely no problems at all.

Lodberg... im from Denmark to, and have the exactly same history with the casino. I read the rules and ask if the rule for Denmark was only for freebees or also for deposit. I was also told that they would welcome me if i made a deposit.

I also made a deposit for 50 dollar 2 days after the opening, and 2 weeks ago i got 30 dollars back.

They should be in a black list.

well, i have had a pretty good experience with superior, i e-mailed support about the $10.00 n/d that was still on there on their homepage even tho it ended on the 6th of march (mind you i sent the email on the 21"st) and i got a e-mail saying that i had $10.00 in my account today. i logged in and it was there. i was that they had gave it to me! i didn't do any good tho .
