Ive been trying to get Captain Cooks casino to pay me 3500$ they owe me for weeks.They Dont dispute they owe it just never get around to sending it....What can you do when a casno just cant be bothered to send your winnings?

Also you can report them to the Kwanakee gaming commission!

I'm sorry to hear about your problems! I have cashed out from Captain Cooks and their sister casino, Casino Kingdom, more than 10 times with no problem. Have they given you a reason for the delay, or are they simply not answering? I always had luck emailing them and getting a response within one hour. I think I sed the email address: thecaptain@captaincooks.com.

Like TDTAT said, try casinomeister if you continue to get no response. I'm really sorry about your experience as that is one of my favorite casinos. Good luck!
