Casino 770 casino charged my visa twice

0VISA NOT SAFE !!??

How is it possible for a casino to withdraw a deposit twice ?
isnt that a crime? if they are able to take my money once they can easily do it again and again! I thought it was impossible. But apperantly not.
I dont know what to do. They say they will pay me back but I feel robbed, naked, and exposed. and furthermore the 30 euros was supposed to be payed to a company debt that I had (and STILL have). Now the company are charging me for not paying them in time !!

I complained to my bank about money being gone and NOT payed to the company. since I couldnt see where the money went until yesterday. Then I saw that the casino wich I had deposited one time 30 euros 060207 had stolen another 30 euros the very same day wich where NOT credited to my casino account!. It had just dissapeared!!. This is 10 days ago. still no money in my bankaccount to pay my bill !!

what would you do?

any company that gets your card can charge twice BY MISTAKE..
SO Lets blame the casino for the mistake as it has
nothing to do with visa being safe

I have been double charged by the car rental place,
the grocery store, La Quinta Hotel and many other places.. so lets
Try to fix the problem.
All you have to do is dispute the charge .. I have always gotten my money back...
THAT IS WHY there is a way to dispute charges..
Fill out the dispute form that every credit card company provides
or call and dispute the charge...
1. call the casino and complain
2. report the charge to your credit card company
and dispute the charge in writing

Which casino was it, because maybe this has happened before and another incident of the same thing happening could help someone not be a victim...you know??

Since Ive already stated wich casino this is referring to at Casinomeister. It cannot make any difference to post it here. I didnt wanted to mention the name since I dont believe in/ I dont want you to think that this is my intention here/ public "dirt tossing" "hanging" - dont know what you say in english - hope you know what I mean ops:
