Looks like the download might work - keeping fingers crossed. The website still says $10 free and I looked under promotions on the website and it says $10 free for signing up. I'll let you know if it works. smile

talked to pam at live support she said it will take awhile to get the 10.00 but it will be but on my account don't know how long that will be

i got the casino to download and registered
i went to live support in the sportsbook and they have manually credited my account

they said it could take up to 24 hrs to credit my account
so if you really want to play i would try going through the sportsbook to talk to someone.

i had to use a different email address though
