NEED HELP

I HAVE THIS CRAP CALLED OUTERINFO AND CAN'T GET IT OFF MY COMPUTER CAN SOMEONE HELP ME IT INSTALLED IT SELF NOW I CAN'T GET IT OFF PLEASE HELP

All you have to do is go to Start Menu and click search type in the name and hit serch once it has finished its search delete all of them and do the search again but look in hiddin files and that should remove it from your computer.

now i keep getting this pop up adervisting banners and they won't go away any help got everything else thank u for your help

do you have a pop up blocker???? you can go to yahoo and get free popup blocker and spyware software and its free and it will stop the unwanted pop ups.... just go to yahoo.com download thier spyware software....hope this helps......

also try spy sweeper, they'll give you a trial version for a period of time then you have to pay after that. this works very well better than spy bot. this gets rid of spy ware and ad ware. after this in the future use spy bot this is free all the time.

also use pop up blocker like nettelarr said and also use a fire wall, i use zone alarm it's free works very good and make sure you have a anti virus like nortons, but i use avast like nortons but free. i have no problems using all this, best of all it's all free!!
