Need Help with Downloading...Please!

Ok, another question for you all!

I went to install English Harbor casino today (for slots tornament) and I am having trouble. It dowloads, puts the short cut on my desktop but won't open. I have had it installed before but unistalled it (properly) to save on space. I have ran CCleaner and spypot on my computer. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling the casino twice. Any ideas? Anyone?

Hey wvguitargirl.....

I have the same problem with "Superslots" and "Hot Pepper",
which both happen to use the same software.
I can open the casino. but NOT access any of the options at the bottom,
such as Cashier, Tournaments, Info, Exit, etc...
But, I can access the 'Help' and 'Live Chat' at the top.

I used the 'Live Chat' option........which, by the way takes forever.
Ummmm, I think I woke them up from their 'nap'.
The only response that I got the whole 20 minutes, was a question.
"What was the error code that you are receiving?"
I answered, but I think they fell back asleep, ops: again.

Same thing is happening to me. I can't get any help from live chat.
