INTERTOPS?!

Please tell me I'm not the only one...

Intertops has me SO confused! I won a little bit in the casino Friday, so I cashed out on the casino software and e-mailed them (it says to on their website..?). I got a reply back on Sat. saying they were sorry, that my balance was $0 and I couldn't cash out. I went back into the casino, transfered my chips into my sportbooks acct and cashed out from there. That was Saturday around noon. I got another e-mail back (on Sunday..not sure when it was sent though) saying it would be processed in 24-48 hours. However, I just checked and my balance is not reflecting any cash out. The money is still in my account. I haven't played much there but I must be missing something. I don't see that they have live help on their site and it seems like they take so long to reply to my e-mails. I know they have a good reputation so I'm thinking maybe I'm just doing something wrong. Can some regular players let me know what to expect?

wvguitargirl, it stays in the acct until the last minute..
then transferred.. they have great phone support, just call if you have a question smile

OK, TDTAT! It's just different than the other casino's I've played at. I was starting to feel like a ditz! LOL!

Also, as opposed to emailing them call there phone support they can let you know whats up with no wait involved as well I wish they had live chat but I like sites that have no live chat and good phone support better than sites with bad live support and bad phone support Rather not have the live help if it's not gonna help or if your just gonna sit with window open forever and get no reply I hate that! But INTERTOPS HAS REALLY GOOD PHONE SUPPORT SO just give em a call! smile

It's all taken care of; it went through fine. I was just a little confused and didn't see where the withdrawal was being processed. Now, I know for next time!

They are confusing to start out, then it becomes clear how their system works. phone support is A+
