I found that if I clicked on Live Help they just ignored me (spent 3 hours doing this) but when I didn't ask for their help, they came to me. So if they keep you waiting too long, just ignore them and they'll come to you!

I have never deposited, but I still got the free 30. According to things I've read, this started out as an email to someone, who then posted it on a forum. I think they've now found out that everyone is trying to cash in on it and they've stopped the promo.
Oh well, if it's any consolation I got up to 140, before losing it all - as usual!

It took a half an hour to get the 30, allthough i lost it in a few minutes at lotto madness. First i asked about there promo's then after a conversation about it i finaly got the 30.
