They opened their Betcoin.ag account on March 2nd, 2022, depositing $1000 initially, and engaged in sporadic sports betting for almost a year. Discovering Playbetr.com with higher limits, they created an account on December 31st, 2022, depositing $4k initially and subsequently adding $1000-$2000 to both Playbetr.com and Betcoin.ag. Despite betting solely on NBA games, they were unexpectedly limited to less than $10 stakes on NBA bets after winning. Upon attempting to withdraw their balances from both sites, they were prompted to undergo KYC verification, which they completed promptly. However, the next day, they found themselves unable to access their accounts on either website. They received emails accusing them of fraudulent actions and were informed of their accounts' termination. Despite their protests of innocence and requests for clarification, they were met with silence and ignored for over a month. Frustrated by the lack of response and the loss of approximately 0.85 BTC, they vowed to pursue legal action if necessary to resolve the matter.
