I know there is ALWAYS a catch with free chips BUT when you are a regular customer of a casino and have made SEVERAL deposits you would think there would be some sort of exception every now and then.

I play at Cirrus often, tonight I made a deposit and redeemed a bonus that offered 300% + $50.00 if you lose your deposit and bonus. If you won the max cashout was 10% your deposit (pretty standard).

Well I lost and was given the $50.00, I now have it up to $2400.00!!!! and I asked livechat how much I could cashout .. at first they said 10x the $50.00, then I asked them to check the playthrough and they came back and said you can only have $50.00!!!!

or something of that nature.

Most RTG Insurance chips or free chips are almost
ALWAYS 1x or 2x max cashout at rtg casinos. (except inetbet)

I have never been asked for a fax back form from a microgaming casino. Casino Share has paid me 5 cashouts no fax back form
I do not use credit cards. I use neteller.
If you use credit cards you can be asked for a fax back form at any casino

Hey, deming. Same thing happened to me with Cirrus. I had played with them for months. I got a free chip for something (can't even remember) and hit a random jackpot of over $1,000. Guess what, I only got back the $50.00 (1X cashout) and only after I pitched a bitch for two weeks or better. They finally got so PO'd at me nobody would talk to me except the manager, I think her name was Christine. So if I was you, I wouldn't expect anything except whatever terms were for the chip you won on. I haven't played there since.

sorry deming12 !!! i've given up on that whole group- every time i play without a bonus at one of their casino, i get the feeling that their staff is playing against me (even had one of their new hires admit as much) and if you take a bonus you only seem to win if you're playing the insurance - just as happened to you
TDTAT is right - inetbet is the only one that's worth playing anymore - they are NOT part of that group.... and they do not require faxback forms and they pay you fast - always within the hour from my experience!
