We have no intention of stopping any of our US customers.

The bill passed does not make it illegal for you to bet or for us to accept bets, so it will be business as usual.

The vast majority of all deposits processed by our company are processed through non US payment processors. It is currently unclear how these payment processors, based outside the United States, with no assets, presence or employees in the US, would be affected by this bill.

We wish to reassure our members that at this time, XXL Club Casino continues to operate normally and we remain committed to delivering the best quality and state of its class services that our players expect from us.

Please feel free to contact support at any time if you should require assistance regarding any matter.
Kind regards.

Glad to see some of the establishments are not letting this effect thier US customers, hopefully, all these casinos sign the petition too...hee hee

I do wonder though, why some playtech casinos closing accounts and not others???? My assumption would be the casino owners descretion to do so??

The way it was explained to me from the Palace of Chance is that the reason some are closing is they were taking monies through not legal channels. I really didn't get it all. They said they take and send $$ through other channels so they are legal...The way I get it is those that don't go through other channels such as netellar, etc...are doing it illegal. It's like a back door for them to stay open until the USA bans netellar and those other places.
I think the whole things sucks, I'm55, divorced, missed the drug era and all
I have is gambling and now they are taking that away !! Shoot me now !
