I really hate to sound stupid...but new to this and I dont understand something....playthrough.
If a casino is offering a deposit bonus such as:

deposit $50 get $200 free
and it has a 30 times playthrough...what exactly does this mean?

here is 50 +200=250 x30 =$7500

samsarah, Yes thats right!! I suggest you play at casinos
with 4X-20X play!! Most are 8X or 12X thats alot easier

$20 Dep + 500% Bonus ($100)
=$120 X 8 Playthru= $960 playthru

Also some casinos require that you play through using only certain games. IE sometimes video pocker or craps or other games won't count towards your playthrough so read the requirements first.

I think playtrough is not the money you have at the end, but the amount you did play trough.like p.e I did play at Enter yesterday,never had more then 40 euros in the account, buet playeed 5 hours, and started with 0 gamepoints, after 5 hours I had 73 gamepoints(you can see that at cashier), and 1 point is given after playing 10 euro, so I had a playtrough of 10 times 73=730 euros, even though my account said no more then 27 euros at that moment.
I hope I do not make it more difficult now, but most casinos you can see playtrough amount or ask support

msholland, Yes thats what we mean> playthru or wagering requirement is what you have to play before you can withdraw if you used bonus

This is funny, I was just thinking about that last night! Some of the casinos (but not many) actually keep track of your wagers but not the ones I play. I never thought of the way msholland described! Who'd of thought after all this time I learned something that will help me keep track...thanks for posting that ??

EvaInSD, Where do you play? In any playtech just watch your comp points> 1pt= $10 bet, so msholland played $730 in wagering which is 73 comp points>> Easy to keep track of playthru @ a Playtech

I play everywhere, I was aware of the comp points, but honestly it's been so long since these casinos let cha win anything the bets usually dry up pretty quick. I don't check the comps often and this way if I do have any it's a surprise.
