I have a PII 350 system running Windows ME and the current IE 6. I am having trouble with downloading the software. There appears to be missing links with some of the components. The first one that pops up is regarding uninstall.cmd

Thank you for taking time to look into our issues. I am running a Gateway with 2000 operating system and IE6 browser. I am still getting the message "The Procedure Entry Point SHGetFolderPathAndSubDirW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL 32.dll. Also the only thing I can do on web site is download. The one time I was able to bring up contact us spot I got support address to email you. All the emails I have tried to send have came back as undeliverable

well i had desided to give this casino a chance, and logged in a day or 2 ago.

I must say that the support i got was 1000 times better than the first time. LOL because i didnt get any.

I logged on to see if i got a nice person this time, to see if i just had been unlucky first time.

Well about 40 min I waited and wrote a little and waited and waited.

TDTAT sorry for a bad topic about them again... but i tried to give them a chance. Before i made a deposit. But maybe they did something so they cant see the mad person behind the account number anymore ROFL joking

I went to the site and downloaded the games. I had a short conversation with the operator on the chat option but they only asked what deposit I had made. I was under the impression that the $10 was instant. Never got it yet and can't seem to get an operator to answer me after waiting nearly 20 minutes. Frustrating.

So what is happening with the difficulties that some are having. I posted my issue Sept 29 and it is now Oct 8 and still have the same problems. Doesn't seem to be any solutions or expalanations listed anywhere to explain smile what is happening to some of us.
