help!!

I joined club player a while back and they want me to send in the faxback form and my I/d. i have tried to send scanned copies but i do not know how to change the format.
I want to fax all documents to them but the fax number they have on their website does not include the "whole" number. I am sending from Australia and i need the country code that goes in front of the number. I have spoken to support but she just does not get what i am saying and keeps telling me to scan them and email them . I DO NOT OWN A BLOODY SCANNER i keep telling her, i had to travel all the way to my friends house to use hers, the faxback form did not turn out properly so i just want to fax it. Someone please help me .

is their an international number?

cant you look up the country code on the internet somewhere? Don't really know but I'm sure you can get international #'s therefore you should be able to get the country code, maybe????Just a quess I dont really know
