I am still waiting for my winnings, and if you were aware of the conversations I've had with their support...

They are not the most organized bunch I have dealt with...
Just a brief description of this endless frustration...
In the beginning, I sent them my bank coordinates for one of my Internet accounts. After 10 days they notified me saying that I sent them the wrong coordinates...

and...I did...
Well I sent them my account details for Bank of America immediately after that, in which I was certain that I couldn't screw that one up. Got an email thanking me and they would send email to proper dept.
No word from them after 2 wks.

: So I decide to email them inquiring on the status of my withdrawal.
First response:
Dear Mrs. *******,
We inform you that we have contacted our payment agent andit has confirmed us that your withdraw has been effectued.
We ask you please to contact your bank in order to see ifyour payment has arrived.
We inform your that our labels are: Fiduserve/Mandarin770et E-pay Mandarin770.

But wait, it gets better...The second response...

I am getting pretty frustated at this point.....
So I replied asking them why they seem to be going backwards with this process and this is what I got in return...
Dear Miss ******,
We have received your messages and youlike to remind you that your bank informations that you gave us were notcorrectes.
Your winings have been transfer to youraccoun using the bank informations that you have gave us, but the amount hasreturn to us because of the wrong coordonates that you gave us.
For that mather we kaindly ask you to sendus the correctes coordonates in order to be able to transfer you the winings. Theadresse of the bank that you gave us is lockated in USA,but the international bank account number whas from France and for this reason theamount whas not be able to enter in to your account.
This time we kaindly ask you to send usthe corectes coordonates so that your winings can get to your account.
In order to complete the transfer our bank needs your bankaccount information as follows:

I am livid... and anger management classes could be where I am headed next if they don't get their sh*t together.
