Declined withdrawal payout

Hey there! So today, I woke up to an email saying that my withdrawal was declined because I used a coupon when my withdrawal was pending. I had absolutely no idea that you were not allowed to do this. I talked to my friend, who plays at slotastic. And he said that if you use a coupon when depositing, it should have an error message and not allow you to deposit. I didn’t get any error messages so I thought it was okay. I’m new to depositing and withdrawing, and this is the first time I’ve ever won at a casino.. I’m so upset. Has anyone ever had this issue?

Teardrxp, Hi! Sorry for the trouble! I have emailed the casino about your payout and will let you know when I hear back. Hopefully we can get them to change their decision. In my experience the cashiers have always rejected deposits with cashouts pending and told the player to reverse the pending payout so I do not know when that changed.

Well I’m not sure if it was a free spin bonus or a deposit. I’m not 100% sure but it sucks when you hit it big and then they just take the money away for a simple mistake made as a newby. I had no idea. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or an issue with the system but it’s not right to allow someone to redeem a bonus when there is a pending withdrawal, knowing it will void the winnings. All that hard work for nothing it feels like😕 thank you so much!

Teardrxp, Hi. I am so sorry. I sent you an email with the full response. It seems there were several requests and withdrawal cancellations and funds were mixed more than one time and also with winnings from a free bonus.

My experience, you can not deposit while a withdrawal is pending....

The new casino OZwin now has a big red screen saying you cant make any transactions while in pending withdrawal status...also make sure you read the TandC's and bonus TandC's before you play at any online casino..I know sometimes its hard to find or figure out what this lawyerese mumbo jumbo means but it will lessen the heartache should you happen to win big and you cant get it.
