Hmmm, I would think that since I have played like 43,000 points -
($10.00 = 1 point)
conversion of 100 points = $1.00
and all of the $$$ I have deposited with them.

I would think that I would qualify for VIP status.
Wrong....

With Sky Kings, I already qualified for VIP status level 5
(like I even know what that means!)

well, but my conversion rate for comps is 75 = $1.00

The only upset I have is that; I brought it to their attention.
And was surprised, that 4 emails later..... I finally got a response.
I think that they should have acknowledged my account on their own.

but if you send emails they upgrade you sometimes
without all the deposits.. I bet Justine
