TDAT-it locked up my laptop too i have the same problem with clubplayer casino and have money in that casino

I might be your anti-virus program stopping it. Try downloading the smart download to your desktop. Click Save instead of run. Then click the icon on your desktop. May have to do it twice. I run Microsoft Live Onecare and that is what I have to do for the RTG casinos. Hope that helps.

perhaps it is your pop-up blocker?
when i am unable to download i must allow pop-ups from the casino website or turn off my pop-up blocker long enough for the downloader window to display.
