Do not deposit or play at Spin Palace (VIPER), I have been trying to get my cashout for nine days now. I have sent emails, made phone calls and talked to live support. All I get is " It will be there tommorow" I am using Neteller and have made two deposits and one cashout using the same Neteller account, so its not like its something new to them.

They never used that word excatly, but have been telling me they needed to verify my neteller account, and that it would be deposited "tomorrow"

I just dont understand how a casino can get so big with this kind of customer service. After the phone calls, live chat sessions, and emails, and I still have not received the cashout or an answer from the emails, its like they dont care.

I cashed out at spin palace for $900 they sent me a check got it in 10 days, but i don't have neteller account. I didn't have any problem with them good luck.
