HELP!!!I NEED HELP Magic OASIS: 1 FREE CHIPor NOCASHOUT

Hi,

First I would like to say what fantastic forum you have here.......by far the best I have come across....and that is quite a few!

Well....heres what has happened.......I played at Magic Oasis (RTG) with an initial free $10 and lost, then I used a $5 code....and lost....then I saw a code 25FREE and it worked fine....and I won about $1400! played through the required and now it says withdrawable.

BUT,

I read the rules on free chips and it states that 2 or more without a deposit is NOT ALLOWED, it doesnt state whether I can NOW make a deposit and claim? does anyone know?

Furthermore, I won about $300 of that playing 3 card poker, this was NOT reducing my playthrough requirements.....so I went to RAINDANCE and won the rest. I know that sometimes there are BANNED games that if you play them ALL WINNINGS are voided, so I went to the homepage and entered the code to find out the EXACT terms....but the homepage came back and said that there WAS NO SUCH CODE! (oh dear)

So.....I thought I would ask you guys as you seem so knowledgeable in these matters what I should do BEFORE i speak to online support.
