Any experience w/ 888?? or Noble poker

OK, so I get a CD in the mail yesterday from 888Casino/Carnival, and on
the inside there is a code to enter after DLing NoblePoker. It says to enter code during registration. Well, stupid me forgets to do that. Actually, it asks for it in the "fun registry" so I thought I'd wait. Anyway, needless to say I don't get the bonus, whatever it may be. I e-mailed them yesterday at 1pm and still no answer this morning so I call them, right. OMG! I actually get an american operator but when I explained the situation to him and he was about to say "sure" someone came in on the line and started screaming at him in some foriegn language (sounded Asian), he quickly told me that there was nothing he could do since the code wasn't added at time of registration. I actually heard children crying, people talking loudly, like they were all in a freakin basement somewhere. NO THANKS TO THIS OFFER OR TO THIS GROUP. Does anyone have any experience with them or any horror stories to share? It looks like their Casino is "Enter Casino"
appearantly in business since 1996.............which I doubt.

The CD logo has 888Casino/Carnival on the front and on the inside was a coupon code for NoblePoker, so I am not surewhat is going on. It is my assumption that they are connected somehow. But thanks for the reply.

Unbelievable. The CD has the Carnival logo on it. Isn't that copyright infringement? Thanks for your help TDTAT.
