I got the free chip from POC for the sister site promo and won $300, after chatting with (LOU) she said that I had met my play through and that I could cash the $300...........she also explained that it was 10x30 to be cashable. The problem is this..............I cashed but no cash, in my casino account history it was approved I sent my neteller acct info and all that and still nothing. Can someone help, I call but all operators have been busy for 3 days!!!! Should I just let this slide or does anyone have some info to help? They pay in 10 days .. Just go to withdrawls on the club player HOMEPAGE

then scroll down and u should see FAX BACK FORM
Fill it out and email or fax w/ ID and utility bill..
or just request from support.. They will pay,
just a pain in the but w/ RTG
I won $1000 and was paid 7 days after
sending all their required CRAP..LOL
