i have an account with virtual and i have my account up over $7000 and they will not pay me because they said that i am not intitaled to the money because i was not intitaled to the initial promo and that i should have asked support before i started playing.

i have often told some of these casinos that you are quick to take people's money but when it comes time to payout or give bonuses it is like really pulling teeth and the support people make you feel at least for me that the money is coming out of their own pockets
