Hi I played at atlantic lounge yesterday. I played with their free offer of 20.00 to new players. I won the jackpot but it does show up in my account and live chat has no record of it. The computor said someone would contact me in 72 hrs. Is this normal procedure? Also I still had some of my 20.00 left after I won the jp, and tried to go back into the same game to play it again and it says it is unavailable for play. Live help said to uninstall program and reinstall program, they are seeing any problems on their end. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and still having same problems. Any sugguestions?

gonecamping2, Did you read the terms and conditions of the free 20?? Normally on a free chip, you are only able to cash out a max of 200 and you must wager 400 to cashout. I am going to check out the T&C's of the free 20 promotion, I do not want to give you any wrong information. But if i am correct the jackpot win is null, please don't quote me I will check into this for you.
