I was trying to deposit to get the buy $10 get 2 free chips. I was using my gift card earlier so when i tried to use it at Palace it wouldnt go thru. the support at palace helped me for over an hour, but i found out that there was a hold on the funds from the card till my last transaction went thru. I apologized to them and they said no problem, glad to help. Anyway I woke up to an e-mail that said I got $20 put in my account at Palace!!!! Now how nice is that! So to Sebastion and Lisa at support I say thank you and I will deposit there as soon as my funds are available.

1 time I was redeeming comp points and only had $5..
and they said.. we would rather give you a $25 free chip!!
So they have GREAT support!! Thats awesome to hear again!!
