Hello all. I’m trying to find the right place to post a complaint about a certain casino. Maybe it belongs in the casino reviews? I’m terribly disappointed that a certain casino exhibited sketchy behavior in helping themselves to my bank account with an attempt to withdraw funds without my knowledge when I have been a loyal player for a long time. Then, when I tried to contact support, which usually ALWAYS answers back immediately, I get no response or explanation as to why they attempted to help themselves to my debit card (which was deactivated, by the way) This is unacceptable to me, even though the casino has been GREAT in the past with quick payouts and quick responses to emails. I don’t want to name the casino just yet....I want to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Has anyone else had this happen? I thought they were reputable but now I feel like I’ve been duped!

No but i have seen it happen to others. I have even saw where some people have been debited a couple of times even though they made 1 deposit. Glad they were not able to get the funds .

kaymast24, That sucks! I was debited twice for a deposit once, but the casino refunded the money back as it was tech error.

The most people would probably see a review in the https://www.noluckneeded.com/casinos-0.html probably but you could also post in the casino review forum! https://www.noluckneeded.com/casino-reviews-f7.html

Send me a PM if I can help!

Thank you, I did receive an email saying they will look into it, and they did seem to take it seriously. They did acknowledge that the processor used was in fact one of their processors. (I sent them a screenshot of the bank alert) They said it would take some time to investigate, that’s why I didn’t get an immediate response. My concern is if this can happen, how many other times did it potentially happen without me noticing it? For instance, Sometimes when I am playing, I will make three or four deposits at a time, and then the next day it shows up as five or six. BUT I’ve always chalked that up to myself not keeping track. But, this time I know for a fact that I didn’t make a deposit because it was a random weekday and I was sitting in the doctor’s office when it happened. (I wouldn’t gamble while at the docs lol) Also, I would never have used that card number, because I know it’s deactivated. Hopefully it gets resolved. No money was taken out, but it’s still troubling that it was attempted. I will wait for a fair resolution or explanation before naming the casino because they now seem to be working on it.
