Anyone have info or paid from Casino Vega?

I took their free $20 chip offer for new players and have run it up to over 200 playing strictly blackjack. I have met all the playthru reqs and my balance says its withdrawable. Only catch is the T&C says I must deposit $25 first before any withdrawls are processed.

Can anyone share their experiences from Casino Vega? Do I have a snowball's chance in hell of actually getting that money once I deposit?
