karebearlove, I am sorry to hear all the problems you are having with Belle Rock. I know back about 1yr ago I always played at Aces High. Can I ask did you request it after you deposited it you need to go to home page and click the deposit 50 free match 50 and it will ask your account # and such, also I think you also have to do this in a 3 day time frame after you make the deposit. I dont play at belle rock casinos anymore eigther,I have had nothing but problems with them and trust me,they can be pretty rude.I wish you the best on getting your money.Theres better and honest casinos out there that welcome you and give you what is offered.

I don't care much for them either... Prefer the Casino Rewards and Fortune group for microgaming... Casino Rewards bonuses are quick and you can use your points to play at any of the casinos in their group... My fav is Yukon Gold. Grand Prive isnt to bad either.
